The fresh and innovative RUC menu proves you really can teach an old dog new tricks.
Our much-loved food favourites are now joined by a range of deliciously tasty and filling food options on a brand new menu.

So what does this mean for you? Well, a lot if you love delicious food.

For a start there’s the new certified organic beef burger. Made with beef from the local Evatt Butcher, it comes with loads of salad and sweet potato fries. So good!

Still on good burgers, there’s the new crumbed Snapper burger with coleslaw and tartare sauce, and if you’re in need of a really good Breakky burger, we’ve got you covered with the new double egg, double bacon burger – with some salad because, you know, balanced diet and all that.

Cheese lovers will love the new cheese platter, perfect for when you just want a little something something to nibble on with your drinks…and the new chilli cheese fries also make a top winter snack with a kick.

These new additions complement the old club favourites like schnitty and parmi. But did you know there are now two sizes available – yes! Our RUC schnitty and parmi are now available in both 200 gram and 300 gram sizes – also direct from the Evatt Butcher and so flavoursome.

New Head Chef Navi Singh is definitely making his mark with our great new menu – come in for a quick bite or stay for a feast. The food is top nosh!
