RUC Bucks FAQs

RUC Bucks is a rewards program within the club that allows you to earn credit from spending at the club.

You can earn RUC Bucks when you buy anything at the RUC.

Just be sure to swipe, hand over or insert your Membership card when purchasing.

Hot tip: Swipe at the kiosk in reception to earn bonus Bucks.

Please note gaming is excluded from earning RUC Bucks.

RUC Buck accruals occur at all times during operating hours and you must be a Member in order to start earning.

You can spend your RUC Bucks on any purchase at the club. This includes group bookings, bar, bistro, barefoot bowling and gaming.

RUC Roulette is a ‘spin to win’ draw we have every day at 6pm.

Every time you make a purchase between 4-6pm daily, using your Membership card, you go in the draw for that day’s roulette spin.

If your name is drawn out of the barrel at 6pm, you get to spin the roulette wheel for your chance to win RUC Bucks valued at up to $160!

Make sure you are present in the club at 6pm to hear if your name is called for your chance to spin.

You can check your balance via the Membership kiosk as you enter the club or ask any of our team to swipe your card at the bar or bistro.
