Getting to the RUC

Please only park in designated club parking areas and marked car parks not on any grassed public land. Fines may apply if you are illegally parked. Signs and bollards will help you avoid these areas.

Parking

There’s plenty of parking on-site for members and guests around Bowling Green 3. If you’re arriving in a ute or with a trailer, head to the area near the water tanks where there’s room for larger vehicles.

On-street parking on McCaughey Street is also available from 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

When you pull in, follow the temporary bollards on site. These guide you away from the ACT Government land and point you in the right direction.

See safe parking zones on the map.

Public Transport

The RUC is well serviced by public transport, with bus and light rail options nearby. For routes, timetables and live travel updates before you set off, visit the Transport Canberra website at transport.act.gov.au/travel-options.

On foot

If you’re in Turner, Braddon or anywhere in the inner north, the RUC is an easy walk from home. ANU students will find us a short stroll from campus too.

E-bike & E-scooter

You can also get here by a e-bike or e-scooter which should only be parked outside the RUC on McCaughey St (not around the back of the club). Check out the no parking zones on the map.
